Solutions to stop crime in Country including RAPE

I have come up with following solutions to prevent crimes in our society...

1) Put Every Complaint in a category and place forms in which a victim can tick or put details (online and offline).


2) After seeing it thoroughly police officer(s) can lodge FIR against it.


3) It should be updated and fedback to coplaint lodger, Ref no.is must for all
the complaints.

4) It should also be reflected in Police HQ and Media as well.


5) Next if it is small crime police can take action against it and the small
   crimnal should be black listed (in database) if it is repeating crimes againg and again.
   (if it is first one he should be given some warnings and police must make
    a note for that)


6) Or no. of small crimes should be counted upto certain numbers and then consider it as  a big crime against the society and should be treated as social crime and "Kurki" of that person must
be done by court.(It means police ask court for "kurki" in court.)

7) If the crime is BIG then Victim should be helped and supported To File case     in Court (FAST RUNNING Courts at state Level).


If we able to resolve small cases efficiently we will be able to stop a
small crimnal to become a big crimnal/MONSTERS.

FOR RAPE Cases:-

PUBLIC PART (Victim + Accused)
1) No unmarried person is allowed to Deal in Public.

2) Upper Age limit should be set for Marriages for those who are earning money   doing any kind of JOB(PUBLIC,Private of Government).
OR
If person is not marrying he should not be allowed to work further Either Male
or Female since at any time he could commit a crime against woman or man .

I am writing it since unmarried persons have less responsibilities and so they have much
time to commit wrong deeds. 
 OR
If at all he/She is not ready to get marry He/She can given a choice to make himself/herself impotent. and he/she should not be allowed to get promotions.

Married people are very less prone to doing rape or getting raped.

POLICE PART (LAW enforcement Agencies)

In RAPE cases, Police should include as much as ladies officers as possible.
